All sales are final. Do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please purchase responsibly

PLEASE make sure to leave a note at checkout if a different size is needed, if the wrong size is ordered, the customer may have the ability to have the product adjusted once, IF the piece is returned to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Items received may vary in appearance compared to product photo. As crystals grow, differences in temperature and different mineral inclusions can cause the same crystal to not always look alike, along with sizing of product and lighting in pictures.

Any broken / damaged items will be evaluated case-by-case. We do not provide refunds or credit for natural crack, holes, or chips. 

Send image proof of damaged items to amethyst28rose@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once we’ve inspected the photos we will notify you of our action plan. We do not provide refunds but offer the ability to have the piece fixed IF it is returned to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
